The way Riven's third Q works is that it knocks up enemies in place, but the bug causes her to knock them back a variable distance and who knows when it triggers. That means you might end up saving someone you were just about to kill or mess up a trade, like it happens in that video.

I am as confused as you are. My understanding is that those are the keys that will be used to move the character. I have not looked into it, as I have no reason to change the muscle memory. I doubt it will even attract new players, but who knows?
It is completely unfair that you do everything by the book and they just leave you hanging like that, especially after the previous complaints. Thinking cynically, I am guessing it is a tactic to stall for time to come up with some other bullshit.
The fact that you are down to the "last remaining major problems" proves how much work you have already put in and how close you are! If nothing else, it provides experience with dealing with these problems for an easier time in the future, perhaps with some other project.
