Banning nonny isn't the issue
Will you guys just talk to him? Yes he can be intense, but this can't continue and he is usually calm when you talk to their emotions. Is nonny a girl? How old are they?

It appears to work for a time and then he gets drunk and comes in causing a mess. Being unable to regulate your emotions doesn't give you license to burst in and wreck the house, nor does it allow you to insult, threaten, or otherwise antagonize people. He has been disrespectful of the staff, the users, and every rule we have here, many times. He has been reasoned with, appealed to. Deals made. Allowances given. He has been given more chances than any other user and he has squandered every last one of them.
Banning Nonny is the only option left.

It's been tried multiple times, by multiple people (myself included), and then he'll inevitably try to act like he was always right and that we're just always overreacting and should be nice to him and he'll act in kind when he does his schizo shit.
That or he'll get blackout drunk and start crashing out. Again.
Nonny, please seek therapy. And I don't mean that in a snarky or passive aggressive way. I'm not a psychologist but mentally healthy people don't generally rubber-band between crashing out and being cordial on a regular basis, and getting shitfaced and screaming at everyone online, or making an ass of yourself isn't a healthy way of dealing with your issues.
