>5 months until Halloween

We've made it to the halfway point! Woah, we're halfway there. Woah-oh living on a spooky prayer

Time sure is flying. I bet it will still have 30 °C outside and they already bring out the Halloween stuff.

 No.1206568

Or you can be on my level and have Halloween everyday, mwuahahahah

 No.1206575

I know it's well early, but any plans for Spooky Month?

I'm hoping, if I get the Steam Frame by October, I'll give Sinister Halloween another try.

I played it as regular PC game and because it's rather dark in some areas, I got lost. But willing to give it another go with VR.

Wait until summer heatwaves hit. Then we'll still see if you're singing that springtime tune.

Summer is only good if you have something productive and fun to do throughout it. Not everyone gets to go on holidays on Summer and businesses still need you to come in.

To me, Summer is sitting half-naked, covered in sweat and exhausted. And not in the fun way.

I'm still trying to arrange a holiday for myself for August, just to escape the heatwave for a week or two.

>>1206625
While springtime can be hot and sunny, at least it has balmy weather and the occasionally windy or rain days to cool off from.

Summer nights are the worst, more so here in the UK where it gets very humid. Nothing like trying to sleep only for your sweat to turn your bed into a swimming pool

 No.1206629

>>1206628
I hate that the most. It's why I have a fan on all night while I sleep.

That and the fans noise help with my tinnitus.

nah, late spring/summer is the best time of the year, life becomes bearable and beautiful, and you don't feel like your face will fall off when you go outside ^_^

Did you know, just as Christmas has Santa Claus, Halloween has its own associated Christian figure? Though, he is mostly unheard of.

He is known as Stingy Jack.

These days most people think it's Hollywood's take on monsters like Dracula, Frankenstein's monster or Wolfman. Or that kid from Trick 'r Treat. Some think the Bogeyman deserves Halloween.

But Stingy Jack was Christianities attempt at putting a holiday figure to Halloween. It just didn't stick, that's all.
