Basically going to sell my house and then move into a little apartment (same city) while I watch the housing market for opportunities that are probably never going to surface. At this stage if you want to get into PC gaming, the only 'real' option I feel like is buying someone's old rig.
It was always a good option, to be fair. But now it's the only one with pricing that seems anywhere near decent.
Betcha this stuff gives rise to the whole 'stream games' thing again. People mocked it before, especially given the latency, but, if you're able to run games off a 10k$ computer with a 200$ machine for some minor rental fee... Well, it makes a lot more sense, latency or no.
