"We have a box of muffins / donuts, those who want can grab one"
would you go for it?
Or would you be like
"Sorry, mate, I had a bowl of unsweetened oatmeal this morning. I'll pass."?

I'm paying a bit more attention to it this year, but for the time being just trying to ingest fewer calories.

I don't really pay much attention to it beyond how much variety is in it.

I try to at least budget well, and at the very very least I have a healthy breakfast of 2 eggs, black beans, salsa, with coffee and a banana
But on the same day I end up buying a box of uncrrustables and 2 bags of gummies

>>1210472I make sure that I eat enough protein and also eat some veggies. I tried losing fat using a diet, but I never managed to stick to counting calories, so I took a GLP-1 receptor agonist instead, which worked wonderfully, essentially making my body count calories for me and making me feel full when I've consumed the right amount.

I eat whatever my stomach craves, be it cheerios, pickles, pizza, chicken nuggets, or pear slices. my body always seems to know best. my doctor says my cholesterol is a little high, but would be better if I exercised more. I look perfectly healthy though. haven't gained or lost more than 5 pounds in the last 15 years

I just eat what U want, and confess I'm fat over it, perhaps nearing or passed overweight.
But, I have changed to starting the day eating strawberries instead of cereal or breakfast muffin, and I feel it has improved my digestion.

Couldn't get fresh strawberries today.
Well, I could, but I couldn't find Best Before date on the packaging, given it takes a day or two mould to claim my strawberries.
Gonna have to settle for a pasty for breakfast.

I will say, a bowl of Greek/Turkish yoghurt with shredded banana or clementine can hit the spot too.
